I had a satisfying experience before during and after installation of the equipments. The staff Maria took time to explain the process and Starlin was super good with the installation. My water is clean and fresh! The financial process was smooth and I love it all. I will recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys!

I enjoy very much the filter system from Western house where we satisfied with the quality of water. Now all the parks that goes with the package I cannot complain. Customer service is great. I give you 5 stars. We'll recommend anybody to purchase true courteous and look into this company.

I am so pleased with this system. Not only do I feel comfort in my water being it’s best. I can see the difference in my skin. I can see the difference in my shower, it has made cleaning easy because it’s washing away all the impurities that were building up from hard water and other impurities. No more plastic water bottles!!! I also love the soaps. Hello Health!

They were thorough and helpful with every step of the process. I practically just answered questions! Our salesman was super helpful and did not pressure us at all. The technician that came was super friendly and didn’t mind my nosiness to watch and ask questions(even stupid ones). Great experience!

The Representative who came to our house was so pleasant. He is the most pleasant and respectful person I have met in a very long time. He explained, demonstrated, even had us participating in the process as we saw how horrible the water were that was in our brand new pipes. I mean before he showed up I knew we had hard water, chlorine fit for a pool because it was on the shower doors, and the water in this place is just bad. Anyway, now the difference is like night and day. When he explained how Texas treated our water, if you knew, you would NEVER use it. Lifetime warranty and I can take it with me whenever, wherever I decide to leave the US to any country too, it adds value to your home also, it's worth it for your health and family. The technician came in the next day and hooked us up, we even have Alkaline water in one of the faucet and years supplies of cleaning, laundry, shower, etc natural products that we won't ever have to purchase again. Thanks to Representative, Technician and Westinghouse.

I have a water softener I have not wanted FOR WEEKS. This company is holding a gun to my head along with Moore Water and Air, refusing to fix my water softener and remove it entirely! I want it all gone and ive wanted it gone for weeks! It is leaking, the display read "ERROR 101 CALL FOR SERVICE" and has been beeping CONSTANTLY for 2 days straight. My smoke detector went off this morning at 7:20 A.M. and I could smell electrical smoke from the basement where my softener is. The washer and dryer were fine but the water softener was SMOKING FROM THE DISPLAY! I unplugged it from the wall and have left it there. Fix this! Do the right thing and demand this company return their defective products they're so proud of! Make them get this out of my house!!!

Travis our salesman was quick efficient and super friendly when he did our water testing and then on installation day we met Darius and he was super friendly and very informative about what he was doing every step of the way. If I had any questions he couldn't answer he gave me the number to who could and everything was taken care of without issues.
